At Habibia Archery Club, we’re committed to providing you with the best archery experience possible. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, we have membership plans tailored to suit your needs.

How To Become A Member

Becoming a member of Habibia Archery Club is simple and straightforward. To ensure that all members have a solid foundation in archery and safety protocols, we require completion of a full 3-day course. Here’s how you can become a member:

Step 1: Choose Your Course:

Browse our upcoming introductory course schedule here and select a 3-day course that fits your availability.

One must complete a full 3 day course in order to access a membership and weekly sessions.

Step 2: Register for the Course:

Once you’ve chosen a course, simply register online or contact us directly to secure your spot. Our courses fill up quickly, so be sure to reserve your place early.

Step 3: Attend and Complete the Course:

Attend all three days of the course and actively participate in the training sessions. Our experienced instructors will guide you through everything you need to know to become a proficient archer.

Step 4: Membership Application:

After successfully completing the course, you’ll be eligible to apply for membership at Habibia Archery Club. Simply register an account and purchase one of the memberships and fill out the membership details.

Step 5: Start Enjoying Membership Benefits:

Once your membership application is approved, you’ll gain access to all the benefits of being a member, including unlimited use of our facilities on shooting days, equipment, and exclusive events.

Membership Levels

Gold Membership

For those who are passionate about archery and want unlimited access without worrying about additional fees, our Gold Membership is the perfect choice. With an annual fee of R500, or R400 if you’re under 18, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:

Year-round Access: No need to worry about session fees or equipment costs. Your membership covers everything, including access to our facilities, session fees, and equipment usage.
Exclusive Benefits: Enjoy priority booking, special events, and discounts on merchandise.
Family Discounts: We offer discounted fees for members of same family:
- 1st member: R500
- 2nd member: R350
- 3rd member: R250
- 4th member: R200
- 5th member:R200

Silver Membership

Our Silver Membership is designed for those who want flexibility and affordability. With an annual fee of R200, you’ll get:

Basic Access: You’ll have access to our facilities, but session fees are not included. However, you’ll benefit from discounted session rates.
Affordable Options: Choose between using your own equipment at R25 per session or using club equipment at R40 per session.

Non-Member Access

If you’re not ready to commit to a membership just yet, you can still enjoy our facilities as a non-member. For R50 per session, you’ll have access to our range and equipment, allowing you to experience the thrill of archery without any long-term commitments.

Payments

Each membership is a 1 year access membership. Memberships are recurring and will renew annually on the purchase date.
Payments must be made online to access our membership levels.
Should you cancel your membership, no refund will be granted.
If member(s) do not want to renew their membership they must cancel their membership at least a month before their renewal date.
As an NPC, we accept donations as the club participates in various charity events.
