Our Journey With Charity Week

For the past seven years, Habibia Archery Club has been honored to serve as a committed partner of Charity Week South Africa, an international initiative dedicated to supporting orphans and vulnerable children around the world. What started as a small community effort has grown into one of our most impactful annual projects.

Through the blessings of Allah and the generosity of our community, HAC has consistently ranked as the top contributors in Charity Week RSA. By combining the Sunnah of archery with community service, our annual Shoot-A-Thon and fundraising events have become a highlight of the year, drawing families, youth, and supporters from across Cape Town.

Our Recent Contributions

Over the last three years alone, the club has raised:

• 2023: R163,000

• 2024: R207,012

• 2025: R161,380

These efforts form part of our long-term contribution that spans seven years of dedicated involvement. Each year reflects not only the generosity of our archers and supporters but also the strength of unity when a community works together for a noble cause.

Our collaboration with Charity Week goes beyond fundraising. It represents our commitment to uplifting humanity, reviving the Sunnah, and instilling values of service, compassion, and excellence in every archer who walks through our gates.
